SOHO, Manhattan (PIX11) --- A Manhattan man has admitted to choking and raping a woman in her SoHo apartment building while he was out on parole last year, authorities said.

Ellow Williams, 32, pleaded guilty on Monday to first-degree rape in connection with the attack on April 21, 2024, according to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. He faces 18 years in prison when he is sentenced in September.
