‘Selfie heaven’ at swanky new Remi Hotel

There are plenty of words for the new Remi Hotel, which towers over its Entertainment District bar neighbors.

Just a few: Glamourous, swanky, artsy, decadent, luxurious, high-end, top-shelf, Fitzgeraldian …

But for those who visit for the first time, take the elevator to the 12th floor, turn left and take a few steps through an entranceway, there is only one word.

“Wow.”

That’s what everyone seemed to be saying at last week’s unveiling of the Yari brothers’ spectacular hotel, which promises to be the next “scene.”

Visitors enjoy stunning, near-360 degree views of Scottsdale, the McDowell Mountains and far, far beyond from the rooftop pool, lounge and bar. “Selfie heaven,” in other words.
