The mother of Harmony Montgomery has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the girl's father, saying he breached his parental responsibilities by abusing Harmony and causing her death.

The lawsuit, filed Monday in Hillsborough County Superior Court in New Hampshire, is the second wrongful death suit filed by Crystal Sorey in connection with her daughter's death. She reached a $2.25 million settlement with New Hampshire's child welfare agencies earlier this year.
