SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - An argument between two men turned violent, and both were shot.

On July 30, around 6:30 a.m., the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) responded to a shooting on the 500 block of West 77th.

Upon arrival, officers found two people with gunshot injuries.

During the investigation, officers claimed that the two men were arguing in the street when the shooting began.

Both men were shot; one of the men also had blunt force injuries.

A witness says that one of the victims was followed from a party that was happening in the Cedar Grove neighborhood when the fight started.

Both victims were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made yet.
