Sharon Osbourne lay flowers for her late husband Ozzy Osbourne during his funeral procession in Birmingham city centre.

On Wednesday, hundreds of fans lined up along Broad Street to pay their respects to the Black Sabbath singer who sadly died last week.

It happened just weeks after he appeared on stage for one last performance with the band.

A statement from his family said: "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning.

"He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."

The hearse carrying Ozzy Osbourne’s coffin passed the star’s childhood home in Lodge Road, Aston, at about 12.45pm on its route into Birmingham city centre.
