BATTLE CREEK - It's good to be home. Just ask Cody Hultink.

Hultink, a Pennfield High School graduate, is back in Battle Creek to play for his hometown Battle Jacks this summer once again.

In what will be his final season in the summer collegiate baseball Northwoods League, Hultink has signed for the rest of the season with the Battle Creek Battle Jacks to play just a few miles from where he grew up.

"I like playing for Battle Creek. It's nice living at home and getting to play here," Hultink said. "Always nice to get reps, playing in the summer, getting ready for college ball. But everyone is doing that no matter where you are. But playing in Battle Creek just means more to me."
