DANIELS, WV (WVNS) -- Businesses along Route 19 are still being impacted by the construction happening along the route from Shady Spring to Beaver.

Some have even had to change up the way they conduct their business altogether.

The ongoing construction along Route 19 has caused several issues since its start.

Traffic delays and potholes are the most obvious.

But another impact the roadwork has had is on the businesses that sit along the road.

Terry Clark, owner of Shady Side Market at the corner of Route 19 and Grandview Road in Daniels, said he has had to change his business model to avoid too much loss.

"It's a nightmare sometimes, but times you just can't tell any difference. Things-Life goes on, you know? So that's what it's been. We've made some changes. We've actually started a
