A popular energy drink is being recalled in six states, including Wisconsin, after it was found that cans mistakenly contain vodka.
According to an announcement from the Food and Drug Administration, High Noon, which is known for its spiked seltzers, is recalling two production lots of High Noon Beach Variety packs because some include cans labeled as Celsius Astro Vibe Energy Drink actually contain vodka seltzer alcohol.
The cans, the announcement said, are mistakenly labeled as Celsius Astro Vibe Energy Drink, Sparkling Blue Razz Edition with a silver top.
Consumption of the liquid in the cans will result in “unintentional alcohol ingestion,” the company said.
