A new 48-unit affordable housing project is coming to Ward 6 in west Gastonia.
The Enclave at Forest Heights, will add 48 new homes on Sedgefield Drive for “individuals and families with low to moderate incomes,” according to a press release from the city.
At a June meeting, the council voted to support the new development.
The Enclave at Forest Heights, a public-private partnership, will be financed through Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC
