SEATTLE, WA (Dakota News Now) -Pierre native Grey Zabel is getting comfortable in his new home after being drafted in the first round by the Seattle Seahawks.

They are already falling in love with the guy we have know for years as a humble, very down to earth, great teammate who will do whatever is necessary to help his team win, both with the Governors and at North Dakota State.

And now he’s in the NFL where he’s ready to make a difference with his work ethic and talent. Although right now, he’s just trying to soak it all in.

Grey Zabel says, “It’s been such a surreal experience to start. To full fill a lifelong dream of being in the NFL and getting to play for the Seahawks as well. So I’m just taking every day in stride and doing the best I can.”
