EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Police are searching for a suspect after a man was stabbed outside a McDonald's in Evansville Thursday evening.
According to a public police report from the Evansville Police Department, around 8:45 p.m. on July 31, officers were called to the McDonald's restaurant located at 1617 Bartlett Avenue on a report of an assault in progress.
When officers arrived, they found a 39-year-old man who had been stabbed "multiple" times by an unknown man. Officers began providing medical aid to the man, who reportedly had non-life-threatening injuries according to our NBC affiliate WFIE .
EPD is still searching for the suspect.
