Oasis has released a statement after the heartbreaking loss of a fan at their Wembley concert on Saturday.

The band conveyed their dismay and sorrow about the incident, saying: "Oasis would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved."

Despite the sombre event, the group's performance set for Sunday, August 3, went ahead as scheduled.
