WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) - A 34-year-old homeless woman is alleged to have exposed herself to three children on Public Square in the City of Watertown.

According to the Watertown Police Department, they allege that Chelsea Allen "opened a large coat exposing the unclothed lower-half of her body to the three juvenile females."

This incident allegedly occurred Friday night in Peanut Park on Public Square.

Watertown Police also stated that Allen allegedly sat on the lap of a 15-year-old girl "without any covering on her intimate body parts."

Allen was charged with exposure of a person and endangering the welfare of a child.

She was released with an appearance in Watertown City Court slated for August 22.
