KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Hazmat crews with the Kearney Fire Department are currently on the scene of a crash after a tractor-trailer hauling gasoline overturned on Monday afternoon.
According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office, fire crews were called to Jesse James Road at Northeast 138th Street in response to a crash. As of 1:30 p.m., they were on scene for hazmat.
The sheriff's office said Jesse James Road will be closed between 129th Street and 144th Street until the scene is clear.
Crews are still investigating the cause of the crash. The sheriff's office said there were no reported injuries.
