BEAR — Last sold more than a decade ago, the Eden Hill Shopping Center on Route 40 recently sold for about 20% more than its previous purchase price.
The Lenox Group of Atlanta, Ga. bought the 230,255-square foot shopping center at the end of June from publicly traded real estate investment trust Acadia Realty Trust for $30 million, according to JLL, the broker which represented Acadia.
The deal translates to $108.57 per square foot and a 20% price rise from the $25 million when Acadia bought it in 2014, according to the News Journal.
