MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — More than a decade after her two young children went missing, authorities said they have re-indicted Catherine Hoggle in connection with their alleged murders.

Catherine Hoggle, now 38, made her first appearance on the recently filed first-degree murder charges on Monday afternoon. She appeared in court virtually from jail, wearing a khaki jumpsuit before Judge Kevin G. Hessler.

She was arrested in Kent County on Aug. 1, just over a week after being discharged from Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center, where she was committed for years after being found incompetent to stand trial.

Her defense attorney, David Felsen, requested that the bond hearing on Monday be postponed to Tuesday due to personal matters. He also requested a gag order on both sides a
