Area baseball players dot both the East and West rosters for the first annual Monana High School All-Star Game, set for 4 p.m. on Aug. 16 in Butte’s 3 Legends Stadium.

Christian Schwaderer, Ryan Conklin and Avery Caton of Whitefish are on the West All-Stars, along with Wyatt Butchjer of Plains-Hot Springs and Bryson McCormick of Noxon-Thompson Falls.

AJ Hill of Browning and Brady Matson of Columbia Falls are on the East All-Stars.

The teams report to Butte on Aug. 14, have two practices the next day and play on Saturday.

There is also a banquet honoring the All-Stars at 6:30 p.m. at the Butte Civic Center on Aug. 15. For more info go to tickets.butteciviccenter.com.
