Police officers are seeking the public's help to find a man. Billy Heather is wanted for a recall to prison.

He has links to Canterbury and Thanet , according to police. Members of the public are advised not to approach him.

If they spot Heather or have any information regarding his whereabouts, they are urged to call 999 immediately and quote reference number 46/132831/25.
