While on probation on similar charges, an Altamont man was arrested this month for allegedly sending a naked picture to a 13-year-old victim. 18-year-old Wyatt Ringo Brown was an Altamont High School Senior at the time of his arrest in April for alleged crimes involving a 12-year-old victim. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, Wyatt Ringo Brown had been communicating with the victim on an app called Pengu that included Brown sending nude pictures of himself. In March, Brown offered to take the victim to the store to buy her some food but drove to the park instead where he kissed her, placed his hands on her, and allegedly exposed himself. Wyatt has been accused of similar behavior previously with another victim which was charged and handled through the Juvenile Court system. 18-y
