LINCOLN COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A Missouri foster mom is facing more charges after she was released on bond.

Brenda Deutsch, of Winfield, was charged on Monday with three counts of forgery and one count of stealing $750 or more.

The new charges allege that Deutsch submitted invoices and received reimbursement for respite care services that were not provided.

Earlier this year, Deutsch was charged with felony counts of neglect, child abuse and child endangerment stemming from initial allegations of a missing child later found in Texas. In July, Deutsch posted bond.

According to court documents, in November 2024, the Missouri Department of Social Services received an anonymous report that Deutsch was abusing a victim.
