The 2025 football season is getting closer and closer. Teams kick off the new campaign on August 28. As we head towards Week 1, let’s take a look at some of the teams in and around Jackson, and what to expect from them this fall. Today, we look at the Western Panthers, coming off another playoff trip in 2024, but entering the new season with a new coach.

Western has a new coach, but hopes that one thing won’t change under Cody Bentley, as the Panthers look to extend their streak of playoff trips to nine this fall.
