LORAIN, Ohio (WOIO) - Lorain police discovered a dead body Tuesday morning inside the trunk of a car.

Officers were called out around 10:30 a.m. to Camden Avenue near East 34th Street for a suspicious vehicle and missing person.

During their investigation, officers say they found a body in the vehicle’s trunk.

Police say the victim is a man in his 30s. His name was not released.

According to police, the condition of the remains indicate he was deceased for hours or days.

Police say the man’s death is considered suspicious, and they will continue investigating how he died.

The Lorain County coroner is also investigating.
