MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- After her initial bond hearing was delayed, Catherine Hoggle was back in court Tuesday in front of a Montgomery County judge, facing charges related to the murder of her two children, who went missing more than a decade ago.

Sarah and Jacob Hoggle, her 3-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son, went missing back in 2014 after last being seen in Catherine Hoggle's care.

Initial charges against her in the disappearance were dropped after she was deemed incompetent to stand trial, and she was held at Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center -- a maximum-security facility where she was committed for mental health treatment.

Just two weeks ago, however, she was discharged from the Howard County hospital.
