WASHINGTON — A Montgomery County judge has ruled that Catherine Hoggle will be held in jail without bond .
In a bond hearing on Tuesday, prosecutors contended Hoggle's competency, and the judge said Hoggle was a danger to the community.
On Friday, a grand jury indicted Hoggle on two counts of murder, just days after being released from a psychiatric facility.
In 2015, she was deemed incompetent to stand trial in the disappearance of her two children Sarah and Jacob Hoggle, last seen Sept. 7, 2014.
Catherine Hoggle was the last person with her two children alive. She was initially charged with child neglect, obstruction, and later, murder.
Judge James A. Bonifant committed Hoggle to the Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center in Howard County, saying she remained a danger to herself and
