A small earthquake shook the New York City area for the second time in less than a week Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey confirmed.

The 2.7 magnitude quake hit 2 kilometers southwest of Hillsdale, New Jersey — about 30 miles from Midtown Manhattan — at 12:11 p.m., according to USGS.

On Saturday, a 3.0 magnitude earthquake hit in the New Jersey suburb of Hasbrouck Heights, less than 8 miles west of Central Park.

Tuesday's quake was felt in parts of Westchester County. There are no reports of damage so far.

New York City Emergency Management said it is “monitoring for impacts and coordinating with agency partners.”

“No major impacts reported at this time,” the agency said. “Updates will follow if conditions change.”

Both Saturday's tremor and Tuesday's were much milder than a 4.8
