LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A Lincoln man has pleaded not guilty to sexually abusing a 6-year-old girl.
In a document filed Tuesday in Lancaster County District Court, 28-year-old Justin Koder waived his right to appear in court for arraignment.
He entered a not guilty plea to four charges, including first-degree sexual assault of a child and third-degree sexual assault of a child.
In December, the girl told police that Koder had raped her numerous times.
Police said investigators found DNA evidence of a sexual assault at Koder’s home.
A judge issued a warrant for his arrest in May.
He was arrested in Texas, then transferred to the Lancaster County Jail, where he is being held on a $2 million bond.
