OWENSBORO, Ky. — Students in Kentucky are now required to use traceable communication apps to interact with school staff, teachers, and coaches due to Senate Bill 181.
Owensboro Public School officials have expressed support for the bill's intent to prevent inappropriate relationships between students and district staff.
