The Wetaskiwin Health Foundation (WHF) announced the Ladies Auxiliary recently purchased two important pieces of equipment from it's 'Greatest Needs Wishlist': a Pediatric Syringe Pump for the Emergency Department and a Patient Lift for Long-term Care.

The auxiliary presented the foundation with a cheque for $10, 049.58 on July 22, to cover the cost of the equipment.

The Pediatric Syringe Pump will help provide the right medication dosages to young patients, ensuring their safety and comfort during treatment, stated a press release.

"This equipment delivers accurate and consistent infusion, which is vital for caring for our youngest patients."
