MIAMI GARDENS — Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill didn’t practice Wednesday. It appeared Hill didn’t go through the entire practice Tuesday, but it was tough to know for sure because it was a day when veterans such as edge rushers Jaelan Phillips and Bradley Chubb operated on limited snaps.

Hill was late for practice one day during training camp but was receiving treatment for soreness. There was no more information provided.

Wednesday’s practice was well-attended, perhaps because it’s the last one before the Dolphins leave town on an 11-day road trip to Chicago and Detroit. The Dolphins fly to Chicago on Wednesday evening, practice on their own Thursday, have a joint practice against the Bears on Friday, and play their preseason opener in Chicago on Sunday.
