BENNINGTON — After building up her catering business over several years – while also holding other jobs – Tara Haskoor is now also offering a family dining experience at 704 Main Street.

The cozy eatery, which also offers a extensive take-out menu, is currently open daily, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Haskoor said she previously had a catering business in the Westfield, Massachusetts, area but it closed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since moving to the Bennington area four and a half years ago, Haskoor said she has built up "A Taste of Tradition," her catering business, while also working at Bennington College, the Mount Anthony Country Club and Sunrise Family Resource Center.

She left her position as sous chef at Sunrise about a month ago to fully launch her eatery – called T.
