LANCASTER, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A man has been sentenced to more than a decade following an investigation into an alleged drug conspiracy, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Christopher William Stevens, 35, has been sentenced to 11 years, 3 months for conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and a quantity of fentanyl.
This comes after the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations investigated Stevens and others accused of being members of a drug conspiracy selling methamphetamine and fentanyl locally.
At least four times in 2021 and two times in 2022, law enforcement stopped cars Steven was either driving or riding in. They say several controlled substances, including suboxone, gabapentin, marijuana,
