ALBANY, Ore. - Lincoln County Sheriff's Office deputies have made significant arrests in ongoing online child luring investigations.
According to LCSO officials, two adult males contacted deputies posing as underage children on social media platforms. The men engaged in explicit conversations and attempted to arrange illegal encounters.
On July 31, a Lincoln County detective arrested Gary Stitzel, 75, in Albany. He faces charges of luring a minor and second-degree online sexual corruption of a child.
