MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Quiet conditions will linger through Wednesday evening before moisture begins to increase across southern Wisconsin overnight into Thursday. As the atmosphere moistens, scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop Thursday. Timing of these storms remains uncertain, with some guidance showing activity in the late morning and others favoring afternoon and evening development.
