LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Police asked for the public’s help on Wednesday in searching for a biker involved in a hit-and-run.

About 9:15 p.m. on July 18, a dirt bike crashed into the back of a car at 70th and O streets, according to the Lincoln Police Department.

The biker told the driver of the car that his brakes stopped working, police said.

When the driver asked him to pull into a parking lot to exchange information, LPD said he sped off.
