OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEVV) — The Senior Community Center of Owensboro-Daviess County is organizing a program on August 7 to discuss elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
The free event will start at 5 p.m. at the Senior Community Center, located at 1650 West Second Street.
Seniors, their families, and caregivers are encouraged to attend.
Deborah Middleton from Adult Protective Services will provide information on identifying and reporting elder abuse.
Daviess County Sheriff Brad Youngman will offer insights into the investigation process of such concerns.
