(WJET/WFXP)-- Pennsylvania State Police are once again asking the public for their help in identifying the driver involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash in Waterford last month.

That crash happened on July 19 around 1:21 am on July in the 12000 block of Route 19 in Waterford and claimed the life of 33-year-old Justin Puckly from Waterford.

Police said that after the crash, the driver fled, going through the Route 19 / Route 97 roundabout, continuing south on Route 19, and proceeding on Route 19 south of Church Road between 1:10 and 1:19 a.m.

Police said both the car and Puckly were heading south on Route 19 at the time of the crash.

They're now asking anyone with information on the gold SUV pictured below to contact them at 814-898-1641.
