JACKSON, Tenn. - The man accused of killing a Tennessee family was captured Tuesday morning in Jackson, police said.
The arrest came just minutes after the Jackson Police Department issued a shelter-in-place order for residents. A man saw Drummond Tuesday morning. That sighting came just hours after Drummond was captured on a doorbell camera attempting to get into a building. He was carrying a backpack and a rifle. Officers arrested him on Birdlepath Drive in Jackson around 9:15 a.m. Tuesday.
