More than £37,000-worth of dodgy vapes, tobacco and toys have been seized in a series of raids on Greater Manchester shops.

Officers visited seven shops in Bury and Prestwich across two days this week, leading to a huge haul of suspicious items being recovered from 'inventive hiding spots'.

In total, police seized 1,713 packs of cigarettes, 447 vapes and 168 packs of hand rolling tobacco.

They also recovered 196 counterfeit toys, with the total street value of dodgy goods seized coming to £37,500.
