On Sunday, Aug. 10, a group of Nashville restaurant owners and creators — all with roots in and connections to Texas — are hosting The Texas Market. These folks will sell their Lone Star State-inspired food and drink to raise money for flood relief efforts in Texas.

Wes Scoggins, aka The Jewish Cowboy, is a Texas native, and after the July 4 floods he wanted to do something for his home state. He looked around and realized how many Texas transplants were cooking up good food in Nashville, so he roped them in on his idea.
