The Minister of People's Power for Tourism, Leticia Gómez Hernández, certified five new tourist routes in the state of Monagas, with the goal of strengthening the sector in the region.

The state's Sole Tourism Authority, Rosy Salazar, said that the certification of these routes represents an important step toward consolidating Monagas as a key destination for ecotourism and adventure.

Through the official account of the state's Tourism Corporation and the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Braian Vargas, it was highlighted that the validated routes are part of the 44 approved for Monagas, thanks to President Nicolás Maduro's boost to the region's tourism industry and as a demonstration of the progress made in Governor Ernesto Luna's tourism management.
