The Minister for Communes, Social Movements, and Urban Agriculture, Ángel Prado, toured the Misiones La Fría Base in Táchira state, where he learned about the proposals and aspirations of the communities in this region and pledged to submit a report to the President of the Republic.

The meeting was conducive to establishing a dialogue and learning firsthand about the concerns, plans, and projects organized by the community members at this Mission Base.

Prado stated, "In every word spoken by the Communal Members, one could perceive passion, determination, and a willingness to fight for a more just future, sustained by the organization of the Communal Councils and the united solidarity of the territory."
