FOSTER – Police last Saturday arrested Matthew Parenteau, 43, of Warwick, for illegally dumping garbage on private property.

The arrest came after a short investigation and help from residents, said Foster police in a release.

Parenteau will be charged and also held accountable for the cost of the cleanup, they added.
