The leader of Tulsa’s emergency management response has been arrested and charged with possessing child pornography.
Joseph Kralicek, executive director at Tulsa Area Emergency Management Agency, was arrested overnight by the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office.
Online court documents indicate the felony charge was filed Thursday against Kralicek in Tulsa County District Court.
His online résumé indicates he has been an employee of Tulsa Area Emergency Management Agency since January 2015 and has served as director since December 2017.
More details will be released at a press conference set for 10:30 a.m. Sheriff's Office officials and Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler are set to appear.
