Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–It’s about time. That’s what one Midlands woman said after she won $507,000 playing the lottery. Officials with the South Carolina Education Lottery say the Winnsboro woman played the same Palmetto Cash Five numbers for years before finally purchasing the winning ticket from Cuz’s Corner on South Congress St. She says she plans on investing her winnings.
