The lucky ticket was bought at the Two Notch Mart at 10018 Two Notch Rd.

The Palmetto Cash 5 ticket matched all five numbers drawn on Thursday, August 7, to become South Carolina’s 23rd jackpot win.

Officials say the jackpot rolled 31 times before Thursday’s win.
