SPARTANBURG, S.C. —
Spartanburg police investigators say a reward has been offered for information about at least two suspected shooters after a baby was shot and killed over the weekend.
The shooting happened at about 4 a.m. on Collins Avenue in the Collins Park neighborhood on Sunday , according to investigators.
"This was a targeted incident. This was not random," Maj. Art Littlejohn said. "This was not someone driving by and says, 'Hey, I'm just going to pick a home and shoot at it.' We know that these individuals targeted this particular home. As far as the rounds, we do know that, but we're not able to share that information with you right now."
