ST. LOUIS - A roofing contractor has filed a lawsuit against St. Louis developers Victor Alston and Sid Chak-Raverty for failing to pay more than $517,000 for emergency repairs following the deadly May 16 tornadoes.
According to our partners at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Amigo Roofing and Contracting claims that the developers signed three separate agreements for emergency work at apartments on May 18 after the tornadoes that struck on May 16, but have not fulfilled their payment obligations.
