EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — It's been nearly two months since an investigation was launched into an officer-involved shooting in Pawtucket.
Sebastian Yidana, 28, was shot in the shoulder by a Pawtucket police officer after he allegedly pointed a replica gun at the officer and other people. Since then, body-worn camera footage has been released of the incident.
Boston Globe Reporter Amanda Milkovits reported about concerns raised by the American Civil Liberties Union of Rhode Island (ACLU) regarding a gap in the footage and a letter they sent to city leaders.
Milkovits joined 12 News at 4 Thursday to discuss Yidana's latest condition and more about the ACLU's concerns.
