CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (KWWL) — Residents of a Cedar Falls mobile home community say they are growing increasingly frustrated and confused after new management took over earlier this summer.

Since June, when Cedar Village MHP LLC assumed control of the park, residents have reported several major changes. Including steep rent increases, limited communication, and ongoing service issues all without clear guidance from the new management company.

Many residents say their monthly rent has gone up by more than $150 without any official notice or explanation. Despite paying on time, some say they’re still being charged late fees, and efforts to contact management have gone unanswered.
