HENDERSON, Ky. (WEVV) — Henderson police are investigating a case of animal cruelty after a driver reported seeing someone throw kittens out of a moving vehicle Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred near Pebble Creek off Highway 60 NE, according to Henderson Police Department officials.
Jason Cullum, public information officer for Henderson PD, said the 911 caller attempted to follow the vehicle to gather more details but was unable to obtain the license plate number. “We do have a description of a gray or silver Honda Odyssey minivan,” Cullum said.
